Order Processing Time
Every poster is printed specifically for you after you place your order nothing is pre- made or held in stock. Please allow [2–5] business days for your order to be
printed before it ships. During busy periods (holidays, sales events), processing may take slightly longer, and we'll note any delays on our homepage if they occur.
Shipping Time (Domestic – United States)Once your order ships, standard delivery typically takes an additional [3–7] business days. Total estimated delivery time: [5–12] business days from the date you place your order.
Shipping Time (International)
International orders are shipped from the nearest available production facility to reduce transit time where possible. Total estimated delivery, including production, is typically
[2–4] weeks, depending on destination and customs processing. Delivery times may vary due to factors outside your control, including local customs delays.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.[Orders over $45 qualify for free standard shipping within the US.]
Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their country. These are not included in the item price or shipping cost
and are collected by the carrier or local customs office upon delivery.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours after receiving this email for tracking information to fully update.
Packaging
Posters are shipped rolled in protective packaging designed to prevent bending, creasing, and moisture damage during transit.
Incorrect Addresses Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error
after placing your order, contact us immediately at Lastwayclo@gmail.com we cannot guarantee a change if the order has already entered production.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, or does not arrive within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at Lastwayclo@gmail.com within 30 days of your order date,
including a photo if the item is damaged. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
